클레이다이노는 모든 프로젝트가 그러했듯 조그맣게 시작되었습니다. 지구를 지키겠다는 일념하에 태어난 클레이다이노는 소수의 친구들만이 있었지요. 클레이다이노 베이비가 성공적으로 런칭하여 커뮤니티가 커지고 다이노를 사랑해주시는 분들의 도움 덕택에 이렇게 성장을 할 수 있었답니다. 그리고 마침내 22년 1월 저희는 WeForest라는 세계 환경 보호 기구에 기부를 할 수 있었습니다. 그 과정에서 Klaytn Official 측으로부터 Shoutout도 받은 건 덤이지요! 🦖
When we first started our KlayDino project, it was a small project, designed to save the Earth with a few people in our community. After the successful launching of KlayDino Baby, we had an even bigger community than we could ever imagine with the help of our holders along with the overall growth of the NFT market, we were able to make the first donation on January 22 to WeForest.

and today we are happy to announce that we are partnering with an non-profit organization ‘Trees for the future’ . This organization was built back in 1989, designed to plant trees for the future generations to provide shelters to those who in need and make the Earth greener with the help of trees that will be planted with us in the future. 🦖
세계보건기구(WHO)에서는 기후 변화를 21세기 세계 보건에게 끼칠 가장 큰 위협이라고 전망했습니다. 과학계에서도 인간 활동에 따라 인류 생존을 위협할 정도로 지구온난화가 심각해지고 있다는 데에 압도적인 합의를 나타내고 있습니다. 뿐 아니라, 기후 변화가 주는 다양한 영향은 현재 수준의 기온 상승인 약 1.2 °C 상승 시점에서도 이미 나타나고 있습니다. 기후 변화에 관한 정부간 협의체(IPCC)는 온난화로 1.5 °C 이상 상승할 경우 지구에 돌이킬 수 없는 더 큰 영향을 미칠 것이라 경고하고 있습니다. 하지만 현실에는 지구온난화를 멈추기 위한 대책 마련은 큰 힘을 받지 못한 채 답답할 정도로 지지부진하지요.
WHO predicted that climate change will be the most dangerous threat to humans in the 21st century. The majority of scientists also agreed that the weather is becoming more and more dangerous each year and the global temperature is already at an increasing pace where we need to step in and curb the speed. We are already seeing the more frequent and intense drought, storms, heatwaves, rising sea levels, melting glaciers, and warming oceans that are directly impacting animals, and us in our daily lives. As climate change worsens, dangerous weather events are becoming more frequent or severe. IPCC warns that the Earth can never be the same when it hits 1.5°C higher than before. But in our reality, the measures being taken to curb the global temperature are not going as fast as we hoped.
하지만 우리 클레이다이노와 클레이다이노를 사랑해주시는 여러분들과 함께 지속적으로 변화를 위한 시도를 하고자 합니다. 물론 그 변화는 지구 환경의 긍정적인 변화, 그리고 클레이다이노를 사랑해주시는 여러분에게 있을 수 있는 변화입니다. 우리가 함께하는 모든 여정이 후에는 아름다운 추억으로 남기를, 그리고 이 여정의 순간 순간이 ‘미래’를 향한 것 뿐 아니라, ‘현재’의 우리 모두에게도 행복한 하루하루가 되기를 바랍니다.
We would like to keep making changes with our KlayDino lovers. Changes that can change our daily lives and also our Planet. And each step of the change should remain as beautiful memories to all of us so our journey needs to be focused on the ‘present’ as much as we focus on the ‘future’. We can do this together. We can make changes together.
