지구 환경을 지키고자 현대에 우연한 계기로 다시 태어나게 된 클레이다이노는 2021년 10월 첫번째 PFP NFT인 유니콘 클레이다이노를 오픈씨에 선보이며 첫 행보를 시작하였습니다. 그 이후, 클레이다이노 NFT의 수량을 총 333마리로 마감, V2의 클레이다이노 베이비 민팅도 1차와 2차 모두 1분 내 초고속 완판을 기록하며 다양한 방식으로의 행보를 이어왔습니다

저희 클레이다이노 프로젝트는 지금껏 없었던 민팅 후 수익 공개 및 공유를 통한 홀더분들과 프로젝트 운영 주체간의 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 ‘커뮤니케이션’과 ‘지속가능성’을 도모하며 진행해 왔습니다. 그리고 오늘 저희 클레이다이노는 추후 클레이다이노 프로젝트와 홀더분들과의 커뮤니케이션 및 앞으로의 더 높은 발전을 위하여 법인을 설립하였습니다.
법인 설립은 국내가 아닌 싱가포르 법인으로 ‘KlayDino World Pty Ltd’의 이름으로 설립되었습니다. (클레이튼 재단도 싱가포르에 위치!)

싱가포르 법인을 설립하게 된 배경은 추후에 있을 P2E 게임 개발 및 운영을 위해서는 규제가 다양한 국내보다는 더 높은 안정성을 위함입니다 (싱가포르 법인의 액티비티 코드는 P2E 게임 개발 후 변경 될 예정입니다). 뿐 아니라, 현재 NFT 시장은 개인이 시작하는 프로젝트에서 점점 규모가 큰 법인의 NFT 시장 진입이 시작되고 있습니다. 앞으로의 다양한 마케팅과 원활한 협업 진행하기 위해서는 개인의 프로젝트가 아닌 법인이 운영하는 프로젝트로 진행하는 것이 추후 프로젝트의 성장 가속도를 높이기에 적합하다 판단하여 싱가포르 법인 설립을 추진하게 되었습니다. 싱가포르 법인에는 다양한 장점이 있습니다. 대한민국 내 법 규제로부터 독립적으로 운영이 가능하며, 특정 수익 이하까지 법인세 면세 및 일정 기간 후 낮은 단일세율 적용 등등 많은 혜택이 있으며, 앞으로의 글로벌하게 이어질 클레이튼의 성장을 대비하고자 합니다. 그러기 위하여 저희 클레이다이노 프로젝트는 주 컨텐츠 및 다양한 채널에서도 한국어와 영어를 채택하여 선보이고 있습니다.
또한 메타버스에 관하여 짤막하게 말씀드리자면, 샌드박스 오픈 시 젬토큰을 채굴할 수 있도록 P2E 시스템이 개발될 것이며 다양한 파트너사들 (메타콩즈, 메타토이드래곤즈, 오이써니즈 등)과 계획되었던 샌드박스 협업을 진행 할 예정입니다. 또한 클레이다이노가 소유한 샌드박스 랜드 (3x3)에 협업사와 진행하여 만드는 게임들과 더불어 전시관을 열 예정입니다 (로드맵 처럼). 클레이다이노 박물관에는 클레이다이노 스페셜 NFT들이 전시 될 예정이며 이에 따른 스토리는 NFT 소유하신 분들이 직접 넣어주실 수 있습니다. 클레이다이노 NFT라는 소재로 오너분들이 직접 창작한 제 2의 클레이다이노 스토리, 즉 클레이다이노의 본연의 스토리와는 또 다른 차원의 스토리들을 엮어서 유튜브 컨텐츠로도 제작할 계획도 가지고 있습니다.

For a mysterious reason, Klaydinos came back alive to the Earth to save the Earth and started its first journey on Oct 21. Since then, we have made several milestones such as a complete listing of V1 with 333 NFTs, successful minting of V2 in <1 minute and so many others we are still hungry though!

Our motto is to save the Earth and to make the green initiatives, we have been emphasizing the importance of ‘sustainability’ and ‘communication’ to build ‘rapport’ and ‘trust’ within our community. And as of today, we are happy to announce that we have been incorporated as ‘KlayDino World Pty Ltd’ in Singapore to make more developments with our community.
(Klaytn trust is also located in Singapore! 😊)
KlayDino World was incorporated in Singapore for many reasons but mostly it is solely to make the running of our project smooth to avoid any foreseeable/possible restrictions that can curb developments of our projects such as the adoption of P2E games (Activity code of KlayDino World Pty Ltd will be changed accordingly when it is ready to be changed) and other activities to work as NFT projects. Not only that, we are currently seeing a huge influx of participation of corporations in the NFT market and we believe this trend will continue to grow at an increasing pace. That means projects running as a corporation will be more beneficial and more approachable in terms of working with other corporations, and for these reasons, therefore our KlayDino World has been incorporated in Singapore.

And to give you a heads up about our metaverse plan in the Sandbox game platform, the P2E system will be enabled in the Sandbox game so Dino holders can mine Gem tokens by simply enjoying the games on our lands and will closely work with our partners (MetaKongz, MTDz, Oi! Sunnies and more) to create various games with different features. On top of that, as outlined in our roadmap, we will build an exhibition hall and KlayDino V1 Special NFTs will be displayed with stories written by the owners. We will create further content on our youtube or any other channels to make the story to be spread across the world!
